I’ve worked in the real estate industry since 1987. My experiences as a real estate appraiser, mortgage underwriter, loan officer, investor, landlord, trainer, and property manager give me unique qualifications to serve my clients. I also have many years’ experience as a trainer and salesperson. I love to help my clients learn as much as they’d like about real estate and the processes involved to sell or buy.

Due to my extensive real estate and training experience, my approach to working with clients is to help educate them from multiple perspectives to proactively navigate through the buying or selling process. This reduces the probability of surprises and helps clients make the best decisions for themselves. Sometimes, my advice is to not to buy a specific property.
